The co-operation of the Limassol General Hospital and private doctors help to reinforce the existing services.

Because of their developmental delay, they cannot be admitted into other educational institutions and require the care, education and therapy provided by the specially trained staff of the Unit.

The Integrated Housing Units are premises within the community where mentally handicapped persons can live under supervision. These people are selected among the residents of the Theotokos Boarding House.
The purpose of these units is to promote the individual's ability to adapt through integration and assimilation and to improve the overall quality of life. The main objective remains the development of living conditions that are as similar as possible to the living conditions of the general population.
This project is supervised and coordinated by a multi-disciplinary therapeutic team.
